Making the kitchen personal

So lately I've been finding myself kitchen obsessed. Maybe it's because my own kitchen is super tiny. Or maybe its because the kitchen was always where the action was in my house growing up. Whatever the reason, I'm all about creating a welcoming colorful kitchen.

I love the idea of bringing lots of artwork into the kitchen. My mother has the cutest painting of a pink frosted doughnut with sprinkles that makes me smile every time I see it. Little details, make a space home.

In my opinion you can never have enough beautiful tile work.

Built in booths are another personal favorite.
