Last Sunday I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Off The Grid. As described on their website: "Off the Grid is a roaming mobile food extravaganza that travels to different locations daily to serve delicious food, with a free side of amazing music, craft and soul." Boy oh boy did they deliver on their promise to serve delicious food. In fact the most trying part of my experience was deciding which food truck to purchase food from. After a laborious process I finally settled on the tuna sliders from Curbside but have to admit I was equally tempted by kung fu taco's.... Check out their website for locations and future events.
